What is a Slewing Drive?
A slewing drive is a highly integrated transmission unit enclosed in a fully sealed housing. It withstands axial loads, radial loads and tilting moments while being driven by electric or hydraulic power. Integrating slewing motion and high-torque output, the unit consists of a slewing bearing, a worm or gear transmission system, and an electric/hydraulic drive module, delivering stable and reliable performance under high-torque operating conditions.
