Main bearings are at the heart of every rotor in a wind turbine and play a central role in the efficiency of the entire system.
HKW typically uses three-row cylindrical roller slewing bearings as main bearings to support rotating components (the rotor), transfer complex loads from the rotor (axial force, radial force, overturning moment, etc.), and reduce friction. Wind power equipment places extremely high demands on bearing performance and reliability, as the bearings must withstand high dynamic loads and frequent shocks (such as gusts and turbulence). Our main bearings ensure that the rotor can rotate stably about its own axis under constant high loads, so our customers benefit from high bearing reliability.

The yaw bearing is a key component of the yaw system. It is a large bearing that supports the tower-top structure (including the nacelle and blades) and allows it to rotate about the vertical axis. Located at the bottom of the nacelle, it carries the full mass of the wind turbine's main drivetrain, transfers aerodynamic thrust to the tower, and enables accurate, timely adjustment of the turbine's wind-facing angle.

The pitch bearing, also known as the blade bearing, is an important component of the wind turbine pitch system and connects the rotor hub to the rotor blades. It not only adjusts the turbine orientation and blade pitch angle to keep the turbine facing the wind and output power within a safe, efficient range, but also enables aerodynamic braking or flexible blade rotation by changing the blade angle (pitch).
