Recently, Nordex Group, one of the world's top ten wind turbine manufacturers, officially released its 2025 market performance report, showcasing impressive core operational metrics.

The report indicates that Nordex Group's new orders excluding service business reached 10,214 MW in 2025, representing a 22.5% year-on-year surge from 8,336 MW in 2024.

Nordex Group secured orders for a total of 1,606 wind turbines throughout the year, with customers primarily located across European countries and Canada. The product portfolio focused on onshore mainstay models ranging from 4 to 7 MW and above.

The Nordex Group's average annual sales price for wind turbines was €0.91 million per megawatt (MW), remaining largely unchanged from €0.90 million per MW in 2024.

In its core market of Germany, the Nordex Group has delivered particularly strong performance. By 2025, it will have cumulatively installed and commissioned 285 wind turbines, achieving a total installed capacity of 1,647 MW. This represents over 31% of Germany's total onshore installed capacity (5,232.5 MW).

According to data from the German Onshore Wind Energy Agency (Fachagentur Windenergie an Land), the group has ranked first in Germany's onshore wind turbine market for the second consecutive year.
